Hope Codlin & Associates was founded by Mrs. C.
Hope Codlin A registered and licensed real estate broker with
the real estate board of Jamaica. We sell lease rent and
manage properties in the residential resort, commercial and
agricultural sectors all over Jamaica. Our company is
fully computerized with all our listings on computer and we
have a wide database of listed properties. We maintain
an active prospect list at all times.
We hold membership in the
Realtors Association of Jamaica an
affiliate of the National Association of Realtors of the United
States of America and also membership with the Jamaica
Realtors multiple listing services.
Mrs. Codlin sits on the council of the
Realtors Association and served as president for five years, she is
also a past board member of the Government Real Estate Board.

creed. To be loyal to all clients and to obey the Real
Estate Laws and Regulations of Jamaica and the Realtor code of
